If you are new to this podcast, please let me take a moment to explain “Twin Petes Investing” is an unscripted collaboration between Twitter investing personalities Peter Higgins (conkers) @conkers3 on Twitter and the Award Breaking Pete (WheelieDealer) @WheelieDealer on Twitter. We have several decades of involvement and experience of the stock market, stocks, shares, funds, fundamental analysis, technical analysis and dealing with volatility. We are Full Time Investors who find the day to day rigours of the ever-changing quest to make financial returns from the increasingly volatile markets fascinating. Just for clarity other than when we are presenting Twin Petes Investing LIVE at events as we have been fortunate to do at Mello Events, we are conducting our podcasts from completely different locations, with one of us in Windsor, Berkshire and the other in Leicestershire.
As anyone who has even just a limited amount of experience taking on the Markets will know, everybody has their own unique style and ways of taking on the challenge and although our methods have similarities, it is anticipated that our “Twin Petes Investing” podcasts will bring a range of perspectives and thoughts.

“Wheelie himself is paraplegic after a motorcycle accident 23 years ago and he has been very aware of the good work Back Up does after attending a Skiing session with them fairly soon after leaving Stoke Mandeville hospital. He very much understands the importance of building confidence and helping on the mental health aspects of such a life changing condition as a spinal injury, having experienced it all the hard way. The work Back Up does with children is something he is particularly inspired by”.

@daveglass1 Interesting #88 as usual chaps. Re Harland and Wolfe, Cammel Laird in Birkenhead have also been doing well. Not on the market but shipyards seem to be at it. To @wheeliedealer – the house always wins mate. High divi stocks are certainly interesting as long as the Cap value holds. Interesting #88 as usual chaps. @LEMMINGINVESTOR Top podcast, gents. I’ve been critical of #Crypto for years. It’s such a dodgy market. #FTX in particular, stinks. Collusion with the Democrats – Certainly, washing cash and defrauding traders. Much worse to come out in the wash. Regulation incoming! I hope listeners appreciate the level of research and work hours that goes into these podcasts. It’s a lot of hours, and their guests get no prep, which keeps the project authentic, and honest. Quality #investing without #ramping their own book.
@growth_invest1 Really enjoyed this podcast as per usual, easy chat! Not sure I understood the bit about banking profit and recording performance based on that. Time weighted is the only accurate way of recording performance, imo. But happy to be told if I misunderstood!
